We email you a price. Nothing is sent until you have agreed to it.

Need packing supplies?
Need boxes or tape to pack your things? You can add packing supplies when we confirm your price.
Step 4
We collect and post
We collect your items and post them to your address, then give you the tracking details.

Heading home abroad? We can post your things to most countries.

The price depends on the country, how much you are sending and its weight. We confirm it before anything is posted.

Some countries charge duty or need a customs form. Tell us what is in each box so we can fill the form in correctly.

International parcels take longer than UK ones. We give you tracking details when they are posted.

Batteries, aerosols and some electronics have restrictions. Ask us if you are not sure.

Any UK address works: your family home, a new flat or a friend's place. International addresses work too.

The price depends on how many items you have, their size and where they are going. We quote it before we post anything.

Every item keeps its ID label and is counted before it leaves us, so you can check everything arrived.

If you are coming back to Durham, you do not need postage. Delivery to your Durham address is already in your price.
